Not walking tonight

Before/After - Swimsuit Edition
So, I’ve had this swimsuit since 2004 I think. I love, love, LOVE it. Even though the elastic in the dress portion finally wore out maybe 1 to 2 years ago. Walk 28 June
It’s 78F (26C) out there, but I decided that I needed to go walk. The humidity wasn’t as thick as it normally is because I didn’t feel like I was drowning. And there is an upside to such a serious drought. I had not mosquitoes attack me while walking. I'm sore
I really didn’t think I’d be sore from shooting yesterday but I am. My quads hurt so bad from shooting in the kneeling position and the muscles in my left arm are sore from holding up the rifles. It’s my weaker arm due to being broken twice. And my shoulder and upper back are also sore. I never thought shooting at the range would be a workout!

Problem solved!
No wonder I have been gaining weight! …It’s the shampoo I use in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and, duh! Printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning, “For extra volume and Body”. Well! I have gotten rid of that shampoo and I am going to start using Dawn dish soap instead. Went to the gun range with my dad
